Girl Dies After Being Struck by Multiple Vehicles on M-20

A 14-year-old girl died in Isabella County Thursday night after she was struck by multiple vehicles on M-20. It happened about 8:15 on M-20 between Wise and Chippewa Roads.

The Isabella County Sheriff’s office said the girl was lying in the road and had already passed away when deputies arrived. They said it appears the girl, who lived nearby, walked into the road and the drivers were not able to stop or maneuver around her.

The Isabella County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
