Blue Star Memorial Dedicated in Bay City

The Valley Garden Club of Bay County dedicated a new Blue Star Memorial on Saturday, the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States.
The memorial is at the entrance to the Bay County Community Center and Kantzler Arboretum next to the River Walk. The Valley Garden Club of Bay County is a local nonprofit that devotes time to the beautification of the Riverwalk Arboretum and other community projects.
