Bay County Crash Kills Father and 6-Year-Old Twins

A father and his six-year-old twins died in a Monday afternoon crash at M-13 and Whitefeather Rd. in Pinconning Township.

The Bay County Sheriff’s office said just before 2:30 p.m., 41-year-old Jeffrey McKeon of Pinconning drove his pickup truck into the back of a garbage truck that was stopped on M-13 to make a turn on Whitefeather. McKeon was pronounced dead at the scene. Six-year-old Jaxson and Adeline McKeon died after being taken to a local hospital.

The garbage truck driver was not injured. The crash is still under investigation.
