Rib Fest Gives Back to Community

Labadie Rib Fest is known for providing award winning ribs and entertainment for the entire family but behind the scenes they also give back to the community each year. Bay County Habitat for Humanity is just one of the fifteen non profit partners for the Rib Fest. Bay County Habitat for Humanity contribute by providing assistance at the front entrance. Executive Director Brian Krause shares what the outcome of the volunteerism does for Bay County Habitat for Humanity.  “At the end of it last year we got a check for $3,000 and that was great because that ended up putting a furnace in somebody’s house.”
Labadie Rib Fest will take place July 25th to 28th at Veterans Memorial Park in Bay City and is always to expand their volunteers and vendor involvement.
