Local emergency dispatch centers were having intermittent outages with their 9-1-1 systems Friday evening. The outages were reported statewide. Here are temporary numbers to call in each county if you are unable to reach 9-1-1 in an emergency: Bay County 989-892-9551

Midland County 989-839-6466

Saginaw County 989-797-4580
