Police K9 Helps Apprehend Carjacking Suspects

Four carjacking suspects were arrested in Saginaw on Sunday with help from a police canine.

Authorities say officers responded to a report that a suspicious vehicle was parked behind an abandoned house. The officers located the unoccupied vehicle, which had been stolen at gunpoint, according to police. K9 Denver tracked the suspects from the vehicle to the back door of a nearby house, where they were arrested.

Police say a search warrant was executed at the home and evidence of the carjacking was located, as well as two firearms. The investigation is ongoing.
