Homicide Investigation Underway After Body Found in Saginaw Thursday Morning

Police are calling the death of a 62-year-old Saginaw man a homicide after his body was discovered Thursday morning.

Authorities say the body was found shortly before 6:00 in a home in the 3000 block of Harold Street. Police have not released details about the victim’s identity or cause of death, and have not said whether any suspects are in custody.

This is Saginaw’s third homicide of the new year following two shootings on Monday. The first claimed the life of 36-year-old James Rodriguez at a sports bar. Hours later 59-year-old Ronald Pacheco was killed outside his home on Thatcher Street.
