Vassar Man Charged with Several Felonies in Child Pornography Case

A Vassar man was recently arrested on charges of possessing child pornography.

The State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested 20 year old Quintin Smith following an investigation where digital evidence was seized from his home. In an arraignment Tuesday, he was charged with 31 counts total, including aggravated child sexually abusive activity, possession of child sexually abusive material, accosting a child for immoral purposes and using a computer to commit a crime.
