As Northwood University celebrates its 60th anniversary, the private, Midland-based business oriented institute welcomed its sixth president.
During his installation Thursday night, October 24, Dr. Kent MacDonald outlined three goals he wants to achieve during his tenure: to continue Northwood’s business-based curriculum, create an endowment fund to offer more scholarships and increase enrollment by 30%.
Dr. MacDonald said Northwood’s reputation has 95% of its graduates finding a job within six months.
