Local “Beautification” group celebrates their 90th Anniversary

A local group dedicated to the beautification of the city of Saginaw is celebrating its 90th anniversary.
Saginaw City Council gave a proclamation Monday, November 4 recognizing the Saginaw Branch of the Woman’s National Farm and Garden Association. The one hundred and one member branch will hold its 90th Woman’s National Farm and Garden Association Green Sale and Marketplace on Monday, November 25 at the Saginaw Country Club.
The association promotes local, state, national and international concerns through agriculture and horticulture, with philanthropic and hands-on initiatives. The group can be contacted via Facebook.
