Free School Supplies at Bay City Reading Bus Tour

Save the Children is continuing its 100 Days of Reading bus tour Saturday, July 30 in Bay City from 10 – 1.
Partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region and SC Johnson, the event will provide free backpacks filled with school supplies for the upcoming school year to all children who attend the event. The campaign aims to give children a fun way to keep reading and learning over the summer. There will be six activity tents featuring games and prizes from SC Johnson, Nickelodeon, TJ Maxx and more.
The event will be held at the southwest corner of Veterans Memorial Park in Bay City, adjacent to the Labadie Rib Fest event. Free parking is available along JFK Drive. All are welcome regardless of age or residency.
