Police Investigating Chesaning Pharmacy Break-In, Theft
Police in Chesaning are searching for two suspects in a robbery of a pharmacy.
Some time before 7:00 A.M., police say a passerby heard an alarm coming from the Broad Street Pharmacy and notified police. When they arrived, they found the door had been forcibly opened, though the suspects had already left the scene. It’s believed they fled in a vehicle. A K-9 unit was unable to track them.
Police say the two suspects are male and were wearing black or dark colored clothing with black face masks. One man wore black gloves while the other wore yellow gloves. The suspects made off with several thousand dollars worth of controlled substances, according to police.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Chesaning Police Department.
