One Injured, One Dead in Flushing Township Shooting

Police in Flushing Township are investigating a Friday morning shooting that left a man dead and a woman critically injured.

Police received a 9-1-1 call from the woman around 3:30 A.M. who said she had been shot by her ex-boyfriend at a residence in the 8000 block of West Potter Road. Police arrived on the scene to find the woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and the man dead. The woman was taken to Hurley Medical Center in Flint.

The names of the victims have not been released at this time.
