A 44-year-old Tuscola County man got a big payout from the Michigan Lottery.

On January 10, the man, who chose to remain anonymous, was selected in a random lottery drawing for the Big Cash Second Chance drawing. The lucky winner won $260,975. He says he will invest the winnings into real estate but also plans on buying a lot of cake to celebrate his win.
