Phone Scam Making Rounds in Midland

Police in Midland want residents to be wary of another scam making the rounds.
Police say scammers will call residents pretending to be a police officer, saying the resident has a warrant out for their arrest. Police say the calls are not coming from the Midland Police Department and anyone who receives such a call should hang up immediately.
