It’s Halloween time! Candy, costumes, and carving are already being enjoyed or being prepared for October 31.

Speaking of costumes, news sources, social media, and other online content are engaging stories of appropriate and inappropriate Halloween dress.

Some say it’s Halloween, so virtually nothing is inappropriate, especially for kids who want to dress up and become their favorite tv, movie, and storybook characters. Others say caution is necessary, even for kids, to not offend cultures and beliefs.
