Last year, President Trump vowed to lower pharmaceutical prices, and his administration instituted a regulation requiring drug makers to show prices on TV advertising.
A judge has now blocked this regulation saying the administration does not have the authority to issue the price regulation, but Congress could act and that would be acceptable.
The administration may appeal the ruling and make a request of Congress to work on a drug price TV ad disclosure.
