Sesame Street 50th Anniversary Celebration…..
NEW YORK (AP) – Elvis Costello, Meghan Trainor, and Nile Rodgers are among the acts who will help mark 50 years of “Sesame Street” in a new TV special. “Sesame Street’s 50th Anniversary Celebration” also will feature Patti LaBelle, Itzhak Perlman, Norah Jones, Whoopi Goldberg, and Sterling K. Brown.
The special will run on HBO on November 9 and on PBS stations on November 17.
Charlie Puth, Dave Grohl, and Maren Morris will appear on the new season of “Sesame Street,” which premieres on HBO on Nov. 16.
