Here is the runway of old carpet from the back door to the rink. It helps protect the skate blades and provides a path when ground is frozen or even bare of snow.
Leia is demonstrating how to use the path properly.
This shows some of the netting installed above the goal which has helped stop deflections from leaving the rink.
This also enclosed the netting behind the goal which really helps keep pucks from escaping!
