WSGW at McDonald’s in Saginaw for Michigan Army National Guard Fundraiser

Local McDonald’s owner/operator Shawn Saputo will host an all-day fundraiser on Friday, April 9 for two members of the Michigan Army National Guard injured recently during a training exercise.
Saputo, a Michigan Army National Guard veteran, will donate a portion of sales at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 510 S. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw to the recovery fund for Private Seth Young and Sergeant Joshua Rose. There will also be a tent for contactless cash and check donations.
Private Young and Sergeant Rose, members of the Saginaw-based Michigan Army National Guard Bravo Company, were injured March 26 after a tree fell, pinning them while setting up a patrol base during a training operation at Fort Custer in Augusta, Mich.
