World’s Largest Rubber Duck Makes Way to Alpena

The World’s Largest Rubber Duck has arrived in Alpena and will be there all weekend.

As part of the Festival of Sails at the Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center, the roughly 15-ton duck will float along the shores of Lake Huron before making its way to Rye, New York. Organizers say in addition to the enormous inflatable, the event will feature several sailing ships and a treasure hunt.
