Tuscola County Teen Facing Multiple Charges

A 14-year-old has been charged with 3 counts each of Assault with Intent to Murder, Carrying a Dangerous Weapon with Unlawful Intent, Felonious Assault and Domestic Violence after an incident in Fairgrove Wednesday. Michigan State Police Troopers from the Caro Post responded to reports that a 14-year-old was threatening to murder others with a knife.
The incident happened at a home in the 4000 block of Center St. in Caro about 5:00 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators determined that an assault occured, but no life-threatening injuries resulted. The juvenile was being held on a $100,ooo bond in an out-of-area juvenile facility awaiting further court proceedings.
