An elderly Fairgrove man is facing sexual assault charges after allegedly groping a U.S. Postal employee.
State police troopers responded to a call at the Fairgrove Post Office Tuesday, August 24. Police say the 81-year-old man visited earlier and reached across the counter, grabbing the 25-year-old employee’s chest. Police found the man later at his home, who they say confessed to the incident.
The man is being held on a charge of fourth degree criminal sexual contact.
