Tuesday 90’s Music Nostalgia Break–LIT

I’m sorry, but it’s been one of those weeks for me.

Heard LIT’s “Miserable” the other day, and it seemed to hit the spot.  With the recent little house-fire we experienced, the smoldering temperatures, a crooked political system, and Katie divorcing Tom, I feel like this song perfectly encapsulates how some of us are feeling today.

True, “Miserable” was released in 2000, but the song is part of the 1999 A Place In the Sun album, qualifying it as a 90’s song.  The song also reminds me of my days working as a horrific DJ on Central Michigan University’s Modern Rock 91.5 WMHW–Where Music Begins.  Thankfully, I believe any recordings of me from those days have been eliminated.

Enjoy!
