Four children between the ages of three and ten were found in Florida last week following an alleged kidnapping by their father.
Police say the long haul trucker illegally took his kids, one of whom is from Saginaw. The Saginaw child was abducted in April while the other kids were taken last September. The father does not have legal custody of the kids.
US Marshals found the man and children at a Walmart in Riviera Beach last Thursday. The children have been placed into protective custody and will be reunited with their families. The man has a felony warrant for parental kidnapping from Saginaw County in the case of the Saginaw child, though police say he has not been charged at this time in the kidnapping of the other three children, who are from a different mother.
