A Roscommon County man is accused of stalking the county administrator.
32-year-old Evan Baker is charged with stalking and using a computer to commit a crime for allegedly sending hundreds of emails to the administrator over several years, many of which had nothing to do with her position or responsibilities. The administrator ordered the messages to stop in August, but she kept receiving them up to Baker’s arrest on October 6.
The charges are misdemeanors with a sentence of up to a year in prison. Baker’s trial is expected to begin next April.
