Traffic Stop In Saginaw Leads to Drug Bust

Police arrested a 29-year-old man during a traffic stop in Saginaw last Friday for possessing drugs, a stolen gun and cash.

State police troopers pulled over the vehicle around 9:45 P.M. in the area of Jefferson and East Genesee avenues. They found about $3,000, a stolen handgun with an extended magazine, 1,377 grams meth, 905 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of heroin.

The suspect has not been named at this time. He is currently held in the Saginaw County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
