Suspects Sought in Two Saginaw Shootings

The Saginaw Major Crimes Unit is investigating two shootings. The first was just before 10:00 p.m. at 15th and Hartsuff, where Saginaw Police and Michigan State Police Troopers found a 36-year-old man had been shot in the abdomen and leg. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition. The victim and a witness said they were walking near the road when someone in a gray vehicle started shooting at them.

At about 10:00 p.m., State troopers responded to another shooting in the 300 block of 12th Street in Saginaw. A 19-year-old woman had non life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital. She told police she was shot while standing outside of a home on 12th street. The suspect vehicle was a black SUV. Anyone with information is being asked to call  the Saginaw Major Crimes Unit at 989-759-1289.
