Suspect To Face Charges In Bay City Murder

Bay City Public Safety detectives say a 27-year-old man is jailed for the fatal shooting of a 39-year- old Bay City man early Monday, July 29th.
Investigators have not released motive for the death of Tyler Gruber and the wounding of a 24-year-old Bay City man. The two victims were found in a house in the 500-block of N. Henry on the city’s west side. The wounded man was transferred to Hurley Medical Center in Flint for treatment of non, life-threatening, gunshot injuries.
The suspect’s name is being withheld until he’s been arraigned on charges in Bay County’s 74th District Court.
