Storm, Strong Winds Knock Power Out to Thousands in Mid-Michigan

Strong winds produced by storms on Tuesday, August 24 has left thousands of homes and businesses in mid-Michigan without power.
Consumers Energy is reporting outages in Bay County at 1,619 and Midland County has 5,840. Isabella County is at 2,078 while Clare County sits at 8,475. Saginaw County only has 196 outages reported and Genesee County has 3,132.
Restoration times will vary depending on the amount of damage.
