State Police Third District Welcomes New Members

Troopers Capp, McDuke-Nyarko, and Dunbar (MSP)
The Michigan State Police Tri-City Post is welcoming its newest member.
Midland native Trooper Brandon Capp joins the post after graduating in the 147th Trooper Recruit School. In addition, the MSP 3rd District is welcoming Trooper Richard McDuke-Nyarko, originally from West Africa, who now lives in Gladwin. McDuke-Nyarko will be joining the West Branch Post. Also joining the 3rd district in Lapeer is Trooper Jordan Dunbar from North Branch.
