Small Fire Reported At Former Prestolite Plant In Bay City

Authorities in Bay City are seeking the cause of a small fire in an upper floor of the former Prestolite plant.
People attending a baseball game north of the plant at 501 Morton saw smoke about 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 20.
Fire crews spent several hours on scene, but no damage information was immediately available.
