Shooting in Saginaw Leaves Two Injured

Two people were injured in a shooting in Saginaw Thursday evening.
According to Michigan State Police, officers responded to the area of Wadsworth and Cathay Streets around 10:00 p.m. and found the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Authorities say both were transported to a local hospital and are expected to survive.
Investigators reported finding more than 50 spent casings from the block where the two people were found. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
