U.S. Senator Gary Peters is preparing for his annual motorcycle tour of Michigan.
Starting in Kalamazoo on Wednesday, Peters will travel across the state to talk about protecting workers’ rights, to strengthening Michigan’s defense assets and critical infrastructure, to boosting local economic development and ensuring Michigan communities can quickly recover when struck by disaster. He will make stops in Wyoming, Traverse City, Sault Ste. Marie, concluding the tour in Sanford.
During his ride, Peters will be joined by veterans, motorcycle safety advocates, workers, and constituents. Peters, who founded the bipartisan Senate Motorcycle Caucus, will ride more than 600 miles across the state.
