Saginaw Police Investigating Monday Morning Homicide

A 29-year-old woman is dead after a shooting in Saginaw Monday morning. Police responded to a house at 920 Cronk just before 8:00 a.m., where they found the victim, identified as Fatima Williams of Saginaw, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the driveway.  She was taken to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

The Major Crimes Unit (MCU), consisting of Saginaw Police and Michigan State Police detectives, is investigating the incident as a homicide.
