Saginaw Man Denied Bond In Family Dollar Murder Investigation
A man on the run for a murder at a Saginaw area Family Dollar store was arrested in Dallas County, Texas and arraigned in Saginaw County on Monday.
38-year-old Ronald Kinchin is accused of shooting 44-year-old Omar Morrow to death on June 28 at the store located at 1908 South Michigan Avenue. Police say Kinchin shot Morrow multiple times with several people witnessing the incident. No motive has been provided, though Kinchin did not rob the store and Morrow was not an employee.
Kinchin is charged with multiple felonies including open murder, felon in possession of a firearm, carrying and firearm with unlawful intent and several more. Police say he has a lengthy criminal history dating back more than 20 years. He’s being held in the Saginaw County Jail without bond.
