Saginaw Man Arrested in Roscommon County Overdose Death

Police in Roscommon County have arrested a Saginaw man in relation to an overdose death in September.

Police were sent to a home in the 6800 block of West Emery Road in Roscommon Township on September 6 where they found a 42-year-old Houghton Lake woman dead from an apparent overdose. Toxicology reports indicate the woman died from a mixture of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and Xylazine. Police arrested the 54-year-old suspect, though details what led police to his alleged involvement have not been made available.

The suspect is currently awaiting arraignment in the Roscommon County Jail.
