Controlled Burn Conducted by Saginaw County Fire Departments (Frankenmuth Fire Department Drone Unit)
Saginaw County firefighters practiced a prescribed burn Tuesday evening.
The Frankenmuth, Millington-Arbela, Richville, Bridgeport, and Birch Run Township Fire Departments conducted the controlled burn at a field on Ormes Road. Officials say the exercise allowed crews to practice back burning techniques and learn about fire behavior.
