Roscommon County Pair Arrested for Meth Possession
Two people are lodged in the Roscommon County Jail on $100,000 bonds on suspicion of possessing and potential delivery of methamphetamines.
36-year-old James Baltzer and 35-year-old Roxanne Armstrong, both of Saint Helen, were arrested in Richfield Township last Friday during a traffic stop where police found the suspected drugs. Officer with the Richfield Township Department of Public Safety pulled over a pickup truck around 12:30 A.M., driving on E. West Branch Road near M-76 for a license violation, then conducted a search of the vehicle with a canine unit.
Armstrong and Baltzer are both charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver meth and habitual offense. Their bonds have been set at a 10 percent cash surety.
