Possible COVID-19 Infections at Vassar Public Schools

Despite safety guidelines in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, some students at Vassar Public Schools may have been infected with the virus.

School officials and the Tuscola County Health Department are working to contact impacted families, and the students have been placed in quarantine. The district is ensuring all schools are disinfected and deep cleaned. Officials say students and staff have followed all mask requirements.

People are reminded to wear masks while in public spaces, socially distance and to wash your hands frequently.
