Police Investigate Shooting Of Saginaw Boy

State Police say a 15-year-old Saginaw boy is in critical condition after being shot while riding his bike.
Troopers found the boy slumped over his bike near Ray and Tubman Streets about 6:15 Sunday evening. The victim was shot once in his abdomen.

The boy said a black man, driving a white or silver car, was the shooter.
