Pistachio Coffee Cake

Moist and delicious, use as a side or dessert.

Ingredients:

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
2 small instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Chopped Nuts

Method:

Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream.
Combine the sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Pour half the batter into 2 9×5 loaf pans.
Sprinkle with half the nut mixture.
Repeat the layers.
Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
