New Bay City Teachers’ Contract Increases Pay

Teachers with Bay City Public Schools have negotiated a new, three year contract.
The contract includes a ten percent salary increase over three years, plus other degree, steps and longevity pay increases. Teachers will also see increased summer school rates for this and next summer. And it includes language and a salary schedule for the Great Start Readiness Program lead teacher.
The Bay City Public School Board ratified the contract agreement during a meeting Wednesday.
