MSHDA Allocates $30 Million for Housing Projects

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority has reserved more than $30 million for housing and community development projects across the state. The funding will support the construction and rehabilitation of 716 housing units and 15 public amenities projects. The grants are part of MSHDA‘s MI Neighborhood program, which was launched in April and is open to developers and local governments.

The program prioritizes projects that align with Michigan’s Statewide Housing Plan. Applications will continue to be accepted as long as funding remains available. MSHDA plans to continue supporting regional housing goals with future funding rounds.
