Monitor Township Fire Considered Suspicious

An early morning fire in Bay County’s Monitor Township is being called suspicious.
The fire was reported about 4:15 a.m. Friday, August 23 at 5033 S. Two Mile Rd. Much of the house was burning when firefighters arrived.
A man and his dog who lived there got out safely. Investigators say the fire started on a porch. The home is a total loss.
