Missing 15-Year-Old Found Safe

The girl reported kidnapped from a Genesee County community yesterday has been found safe.
15-year-old Norreana Horton was last seen getting into a black Chevy Tahoe on Monday with a man named Robert Tramble, who has a lengthy criminal history. She did not show up to school Tuesday. However, police found her during a traffic stop in the area of Ballenger and Flushing roads in Flint Wednesday. The vehicle was driven by the suspect’s brother Andrew. Horton is a ward of the state, according to Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson, who says the girl has a history of being a runaway.
