Midland Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Minor

A Midland man was arraigned last Friday of criminal sexual conduct charges last Friday.

Police say an underage girl told a school resource officer she was being sexually assaulted. 39-year-old Steven Eastman was arrested following the accusation. He pleaded not guilty to charges of first, second and third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Eastman is currently being held in the Midland County Jail without bond. His next court date is December 20.
