Man With Dementia MIssing from Flint

Police in Flint are looking for a man with demetia who went missing September 20.
60 year old Jefferie Tyron Williams was last seen around 3:30 P.M. in the 900 block of East Court Street. In addition to having dementia, police say he may also suffer from bipolar disorder.
