Man Killed In Jasper Township ORV Crash Identified

Police in Midland County have identified a man killed in an ORV crash on Sunday, June 12.
56-year-old Clifford Granger of Jasper Township was driving a red and black 2018 Polaris RZR around 10:30 p.m. on W. Shepherd Rd. Police say Granger tried to avoid hitting a deer but was unable to do so, crashing and overturning in a ditch. He was not wearing a helmet or seat belt.
Police don’t believe alcohol or drugs are factors in the crash but are awaiting final toxicology results.
