Man Dies in Kawkawlin Township Motorcycle Crash

A motorcycle crash on Monday resulted in the death of a Bay County man.
Authorities say 62-year-old Kenneth Carpenter lost control of his motorcycle on Wetters Road in Kawkawlin Township and crashed into an embankment. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say Carpenter had not been wearing a helmet. The crash remains under investigation.
